CHAMSOCNHAVIET.COM WARRANTY POLICY

  1. Warranty conditions

1.1 The product is warranted free of charge if all of the following conditions are met:

– Products on the list are warranted from the Manufacturer or Distributor.

– Product has technical defects due to Manufacturer.

– The warranty period on the warranty card is still valid.

– The warranty card is intact, not patched, not erased, repaired or smeared.

– Warranty card with full information: product code, serial number, date of manufacture, name of customer used, address, date of purchase (for products that do not apply E-Warranty).

– Manufacturer's warranty stamp and seal (if any) on the product are intact.

– In case of warranty fee (if any), customer care staff of Chamsocnhaviet.com will fully advise customers before proceeding with warranty procedures.

1.2 The product is not warranted or will incur a warranty fee if it falls into one of the following cases:

– Products not on the list of warranties from the Manufacturer or distributor.

– The serial number, product model does not match the Warranty Card.

– Customers arbitrarily intervene to repair products or repair at warranty centers that are not authorized by the Manufacturer.

– The product is damaged due to user error, and the damage is not covered by the Manufacturer's warranty.

– Products damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, insects, animals.

– The product is placed in a place where it is dusty, damp, gets into water, gets wet.

- Products are deformed due to heat impact, external impact.

The product has mold, rust or is corroded, oxidized by chemicals.

– The product is damaged by using the wrong voltage and current specified.

– Customers cause defects such as deformation, cracks, scratches.

– Products are not installed, maintained or used in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer, causing damage.

- Product warranty expires.

- No warranty on components.

1.3 Warranty period

– The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase or from the date of manufacture, depending on the type of product specified on the warranty card.

– For electronic warranty products, the warranty period is calculated from the time of electronic warranty activation.

2.1 Warranty service at home

– For home warranty products, when the product is damaged, the customer calls the call center of Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company to provide product information and customer information, repair request content. After receiving the information, the Customer Care Center will notify the staff of the Insurance Center to check and confirm the status of the damaged product or the Customer Care Center will contact the customer to find out more information and make an appointment to visit the customer's home. support for customers.

2.2/ Warranty service at the center

– When the product is damaged, the customer calls the call center of Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company for advice, information and instructions to the nearest Warranty Center to handle the damage.
– Or the Customer can bring the product directly to the Warranty Center to request service, and the Customer will be asked by the center to provide information, including:

√ Product information: Model, model number, date of purchase...

√ Customer information: Customer name, contact phone number, contact address (of the requestor or contact) and the content of the repair service request.

2.3/ Out-of-warranty repair service

– Out-of-warranty repair service is applied to products whose warranty has expired or belongs to the group of Warranty Disclaimers

– In case the Customer needs to request repair services outside the warranty, the Warranty Center is responsible for servicing and repairing the product with the highest attitude and spirit. The customer will pay the costs incurred for the repair such as replacement parts, wages and other costs (if any) based on the agreement between the two parties.

– Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company reserves the right to refuse repair requests for products not provided by Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company.

2.4/ Warranty location

The warranty location is stated in the warranty card attached to the product. Please contact directly the Distributor's Warranty Center according to the information in the warranty card.

– Customer care support department Viet Home Care JSC will support and guide customers on how to go to outside warranty centers of Manufacturers and Distributors participating in the product warranty system. products and services on Chamsocnhaviet.com . – If you have difficulty contacting the Warranty Center, please contact the Customer Care department of Viet Home Care JSC.

  1. Warranty implementation time

– Time to repair or replace spare parts and components for New Products or Replacement Products at the request of customers will be done as soon as possible.

– Depending on the actual situation, we will consider providing customers with similar products, components and accessories for temporary use or have other forms of settlement accepted by customers during the warranty period. .

– In any case, Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you do not follow the instructions in this Warranty Policy.
