To commit to this, the Company implements a 200% refund policy of the product value if the customer discovers that the Company has not delivered genuine goods. The unit reimburses this cost through a 3rd insurance company.

Procedure:

Step 1: The company delivers goods to customers. Attach the following documents:

+ Delivery invoice

+ Delivery note

Genuine product quality insurance contract (Pre-signed by insurance company – Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company)
- And leave signatures for customers)

Step 2: Customers check on the insurance contract for the quality of genuine goods: Product type, Model, quantity, Model serial number and price... All match.

Step 3: Check the delivery note, delivery invoice and new goods 100%, no errors, dents, ... not in accordance with specifications.

Step 4: Customer signs on all relevant documents.

Complain:

If in case the customer (under the insurance contract of genuine goods) finds out that the goods are not genuine. Then contact the insurance company to get back 200% the value of the non-genuine product that Viet Home Care JSC has delivered.
