Return Policy

♠ The product has a technical defect confirmed by the Manufacturer/Supplier.

♠ Exchange products of equal or higher value.

♠ Time to exchange products within three (3) days according to the sales invoice of Viet Home Care JSC.

♠ Not applicable in case of product return – refund.

♠ In case the above conditions are not met, the product exchange policy will not apply. The product is warranted only in accordance with the Manufacturer's policy.

♠ Products with scratches, missing invoices, promotional gifts (if any) will deduct each type from 5% to 30% from the invoice value of the product.

♠ Only applicable to exchange defective products, do not exchange accessories included with the product.

II. Return conditions

1. Request for return products

♦ Products are distributed by Viet Home Care Service Joint Stock Company.

♦ The product is complete with box, accessories, no scratches, no damage.

♦ The name, serial number/imei of the product must match the information on the invoice

♦ The product is intact, full of labels, in its original packaging, sealed according to its original specifications (except for cases where the product is defective or damaged during transportation).

♦ Products/services have full accessories (user manual, warranty card…) and accompanying gifts (if any).

♦ To request a product return, please contact Viet Home Care JSC

2. Products do not accept returns

♦ The product is damaged by natural disasters, fires, floods, lightning strikes, insects, animals.

♦ Place the machine in a place where dust, wet weather and high temperature, mold, rust, corrosion, oxidation, etc.

♦ Customers cause defects such as deformation, cracks, damage ...

♦ The product is not installed, maintained and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

♦ The product is changed or repaired by a technician who is not in the authorized warranty centers of the manufacturer.

3. Regulations on product exchange

– Make 1 exchange for 1 product (same model, same color, same capacity, ..).

– In case the exchanged product is out of stock, the customer can exchange it for another product of the same type and value equal to or greater than the original product value. If the value of the new product is higher than the value of the original product, the customer pays the difference.

– In case the accessories that come with the machine have technical errors, only change the accessories.

– In case the customer wants to be renewed or replaced, it will be resolved within 7 days from the date of receiving the information

III. Refund Policy

1. Refund Principle

If there is a refund transaction when making a return, Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company will refund based on the cost that you pay at the time of delivery.

2. Refund method

Refund methods include:

– Refund to the bank account you use to pay/transfer to Viet Home Care JSC.

– Cash back at the office of Viet Home Care JSC

3. Processing time

Viet Home Care JSC will complete the refund procedure to customers within 5-7 working days.

IV. Return method

– Depending on each product, Viet Home Care Joint Stock Company will have a method of return or exchange at home or at the company.
