Step 2: Visit the customer's house, measure and check the operating status of the machine.
– Before carrying out maintenance of the air conditioner, the technician will determine the physical condition and operation of the outdoor unit, indoor unit, copper pipe, insulation cover, and load current measurement.
– If the air conditioner has a problem or damage, the technical staff will notify the customer before performing maintenance and repair.

Step 3: Turn off the power, check and clean the indoor unit (power supply, control circuit, aluminum foil, machine case, …).
– Before cleaning, the technician will turn off the machine, disconnect the aptomat, check for electrical leaks to ensure safety.
– Check battery for remote

Step 5: Check the waste water part, replace if damaged, water leaks with plastic pipes.
- The slope of draining water to the outside needs to be clear and not clogged.

Step 6: Check and clean the outdoor unit (power supply, control circuit, aluminum foil, fan, case, …). Fan alignment, mechanical part.
– Note that it is necessary to use the spray pump to wash the outdoor unit in the vertical direction of water from the top to avoid flattening the aluminum fins, and clean the outdoor unit fan and base. Do not spray on fan motor, electrical parts, block, circuit board.

Step 7: Check the tightness of gas pipeline, compressor.

Step 8: Check and refill gas for air conditioner (if required by customer).

Step 9: Reinstall the machine, test run, check and measure the parameters after maintenance.

Step 10: Cleaning and clearing the scene after maintenance, completing the work contents on the system.
